Postage and Delivery

The beauty of an online store is that you are able to order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week at your leisure.

Wholesale enquires of A.O.K products ONLY ie:-(products produced by myself with AOK branding such as crystal cards, greeting cards & stationary plus ‘The Angel Feather Oracle Card Deck’, ‘The Angel Feather Oracle Companion Book’), Angel Altars and the Angel Staircase CD Series are also welcome.

There is a postage charge for all orders placed through the online shop: an Australia Post Delivery calculator is used in the shopping cart to calculate the cost of sending your parcel. All parcels now sent via regular post through Australia Post will have a tracking number.

AOK Angels endeavours to send parcels with a tracking number; this will be emailed to you after your order has been posted.

I take great pride in the packaging of all goods.  If your purchase is for a gift just drop me a line; I love to gift wrap your orders.  I have been very excited lately that people have ordered gifts for loved ones in other states.  It is a great honour to provide this service & all orders include complimentary gift wrapping and an AOK greeting card; plus they are sent with love & Angel Blessings.
The Angels often prompt me to add little extras to purchases; you just never know what other lovely things you may find in your parcel !!!


International orders:

International orders are sent via airmail with signature on delivery.  It is up to the customer to be able to sign for the parcel when it reaches their country.  Please take note of the tracking number of the parcel and track its status to prevent the parcel being returned back to Australia.  If this occurs the customer will be required to pay for postage again to have it resent.

NB: Some countries will charge extra customs charges.

The customer is totally responsible to pay for any customs charges that their country imposes on their parcel.  This is NOT AOK’s responsibilty in any way.  On the online shop the postage charges are calculated by the Australia Post Calculator. Customs charges are imposed by certain countries especially the United Kingdom: there is no way for us to calculate this.

Please note that some countries do not have registered mail facilities.
A.O.K takes the utmost care in packaging and posting of your items, however as stated previously in the refund policy; A.O.K accepts no responsibility for loss or breakage during transit once posted. Responsibility for postal loss or damage lies with the postal carrier.
